The mobile number is not able to mention in the pan card. So no need to change that. You can provide at the time of applying pan card. The application correction if any changes mean you can use that mobile number for getting OTP. Online application form is given all update in your email id. Pan number will be issued for the individual and must be given Aadhar number also. The applicant names, date of birth and email address are important matters in that application. So you are not need to change your mobile number in pan card. Try to get the successful pan number and collect the important details from apply pan card online
