Essential: Master's in Public Health, Sociology, Social work, anthropology, business administration or any other related disciplines and having to 5 years' experience in research, especially HIV field. Skills in use of quantitative data analysis software's like SPSS or Stata.
Desirable: Prior experience in conducting applied and policy-oriented health research among marginalized communities such as men who have sex with men, transgender people and people living with HIV. Prior experience in preparing intervention manuals. Co-authored publications on quantitative research.

Emoluments: Rs. 70,000 per month, including all allowances. TDS may be applicable.
