Dr. R. P. Das - Rubamin Scholarships (DRPDRS)
Applications are invited for 2 research scholarships to work for Ph.D. in the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. The Scholarships are sponsored by Rubamin Limited.
Number of Positions :2 (TWO)
Amount of Scholarship : Rs. 1.25 lakhs per annum fixed (Including Contingency)
Eligibility : M.Sc. Chemistry (preferably Inorganic Chemistry) with A minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA
Desirable : NET, GATE, SET, PET (This is desirable but not essential at the time of joining. However, It is essential for Ph.D. registration).
Candidates appeared in the M.Sc. final exam can also apply. However, they can be appointed only after getting the examination results and satisfying the eligibility conditions.
The scholarships are intended to help bright and needy students to join for Ph.D. The candidate should have a strong desire and ability to pursue quality research. Preference will be given to the candidates desiring to / doing Ph.D. in the areas related to Inorganic Chemistry.
Application Process :
Interested candidates are required to apply with their complete bio-data and copies of the relevant mark sheets and certificates. The intimation for interview will be sent by e-mail.
