04 (four) posts ofFood Safety Officer in the Junior Grade of Sikkim State Para-Medical Service on temporary regular basis
Qualification: A degree in Food Technology or Diary Technology or Bio-technology or Oil Technology or Agricultural Science or Veterinary Science or Bio Chemistry or Microbiology or Master Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Medicine from a recognized University.
Provided that no person who has any financial interest in the manufacture, import or sale of any article of food shall be appointed to be a Food Safety Officer under these rules.
Age Limit:Should have attained the age of 18 years, but should not have exceeded 40 years as on 30/04/2019, in terms of Notification No: M(3)/(55)/GEN/DOP/Pt-III DT: 03/07/2017.
Other Qualifications: (a) Should have knowledge of any of the State Languages. (b) Should be conversant with the customs and usages of Sikkim.
Selection Procedure: Examination/Interview.
