Experience : 1. The officer should be NF-SAG/SAG IRSME officer with minimum 19 years of Group 'A' service. 2. The officer shall be liable for posting to any of the Divison/ SBU of RITES e g Quality Assurance, Technical Services. Railway Equipment Services etc
Job description and experience required for the post of GM/Mech . At least in three of following areas :-
1. The officer should have adequate experience of working in Railway Diesel Shed and C&W DepotsNVorkshops/Pus
2. Experience of working in Quality Assurance (QA)/Inspection in PUs/RDSO.
3. The officer should have functioned as independent Incharge of a unit (Shed/Division/Office) He should have soft skills like communication skills & expression ability to engage with clients and basic understanding of finance
4. The officer should have field expenence of O&M, Passenger Carriages and Freight Wagon Workshop. Diesel locos. He should also be conversant with maintenance and upkeep of machinery and plant
5. The officer should also have experience of working in Rolling Stock manufacturing Pus in handling production and planning activities
6. The Offcers should have handled planning and procurement of M&P and planning and execution of work programme
