Project Title: Characterization and validation of tyrosine aminotransferase from Leishmania donovani as a potential drug target
Essential Qualification : 1. First class in M. Sc. (Biochemistry / Biotechnology) B.E/ B.Tech/ or Equivalent degree in Biotechnology/Industrial Biotechnology/ Biochemical Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering OR
2. First class in ME/M.Tech/MS in Biotechnology/Industrial Biotechnology/ Biochemical Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering/Computational Biology/Biopharmaceutical technology
3. In the case of SC/ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 6.0 on a 10 point scale grading system, or not less than 55% marks in aggregate.
4. Candidates with GATE / NET scores will be preferred. Desired qualifications Prior knowledge/experience in Molecular biology techniques, Protein expression/Purification/ cell culture
