Title : 'In vitro studies to investigate the therapeutic approach of editing the defective exon 3 of the human CHST6 gene associated with Macular Corneal Dystrophy through the CRISPR-Cas9 technology'
Department : Molecular Biology and Biotechnology
Qualifications: M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Human Genetics / Life sciences / Zoology / Biochemistry and allied Sciences or M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in Biotechnology from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate having NET/GATE/BET/ICMR.
Desirable: Candidate having prior research experience in the field of molecular biological techniques and cell culture is preferable.

Monthly Remuneration : Rs. 31,000/- (Rupees thirty one thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month for the 1st and 2 nd year and Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month for the 3rd year
Age : 28 years
Duration: Three (03) years or till completion of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier
