Junior Research Fellow job vacancies in Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology

Title of the Research Project : A Solution for a Stable and Combined Operation of Multiple Renewable Sources: Intelligent DC Microgrid (IMP/2018/000179).

Qualification : M E / M. Tech in Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems/ Renewable Energy Sources / Control System/ Instrumentation & Control / Power Electronics / Electric Drives with a minimum of First Class (C.P.I. or C.G.P.A. greater than 6.75 on a 10 point scale) at Bachelor's or Master's level. Qualified GATE score or equivalent national level exam in past. M.E/M.Tech pursuing students can apply.

Salary : Rs. 31000 per month + 20% HRA as per rule (first two years); Rs. 35000 per month + 20% HRA as per rule (after two years). (MHRD and SERB conditions apply)

The Govt. of India conferred on the Institute, the Deemed to be University status (under University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956)) with effect from 26th June 2002. Subsequently, the Central Govt. by Act of Parliament (National Institutes of Technology Act, 2007 (29 of 2007)) declared VNIT Nagpur as an Institute of National Importance along with all other NITs.
