1. Name of the Post: Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
2. No. of vacancies: 01
3. Essential Qualification: The minimum qualification is that of a Post Graduate Degree in any subject from a University Grants Commission Recognized University on a full time basis.
4. Desirable: Any one of the professional qualifications such as CA/CS/ICWA/MBA
5. Experience: Minimum of 20 years experience in an officer's cadre in a Bank, Housing Finance Company/ other Financial Institution out of which must have worked minimum of 2 years at one level below Whole Time Director(s) and/or minimum of 1 year as Whole Time Director (Executive Director/ Managing Director etc.)
6. Remuneration: The selected candidate will be offered Basic Salary in the scale of Rs.2,00,000-Rs.3,00,000 per month with 4.5% per annum increment and DA thereon (at present 24.49% of Basic salary) (subject to revision by the Board.) The candidate will also be eligible for perquisites such as HRA/accommodation, vehicle, etc. The post is also eligible for benefits such as Employee Stock Options, performance incentive, etc. Fixation of salary will be made commensurate to their experience, qualification and the existing emoluments in the present employment at the sole discretion of the company.
7. Term of office: Selected candidates will be offered tenure of 3 years, extendable at the discretion of the Board.

Not less than 45 years and not more than 57 years as on 31.10.2021
