Research Assistant Biotechnology recruitment in the Department of Chemical Sciences (DCS),IISER Kolkata.
Project Title: 'Studying the mechanism of host adaptation by Campylobacter jejuni and developing strategies to control enteric commensalism in chickens'
Qualification: MSc degree in Biotechnology /Zoology/Molecular biology/ Microbiology or related field with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to NET/GATE qualified candidates.
Desirable Qualifications: Work experience in Cell culture/ microbiology lab and prior training of using immunological tool such as ELISA, Western Blot, FACS analysis, Immunofluorescence microscopy, Real time PCR.
