Essential: Good Academic Record with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade in Linguistics or in allied disciplines from an Indian University. Ph. D or 3 years research and teaching experience in Linguistics or in allied disciplines after MA or equivalent degree with at least one published research paper in referred Journal.
Desirable: Prior exposure to field linguistics, fieldwork, ability to work in a group, familiar with communities of West Bengal. Be able to carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Coordinator / Principal investigator/Co-principal investigator.
Emoluments: Rs.36000(consolidated) Or Must be as per the norms approved by the UGC
