- Three years of Post qualification work experience as Private Secretary / Personnel Assistant/Steno/Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary in a government department / University / Autonomou

- Computer proficiency viz. Typing Skill, Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Internet, E-mail communication etc.
Desirable:
