SRF Biochemistry job Position in Directorate of Coldwater Fisheries Research
SRF/1 Post
Project: 'Development ofa method for detecting the presence of any viral signal in clinical samples of fish.
Essential: First class Master's degree in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Life Science with 4 Years/ 5 years Bachelor's degree.
Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Science with 3 years Bahelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have qualified NET/GATE conducted by ICAR/UGC/ CSIW ICMR or equivalent./ Ph.D in relevant subject.
Emoluments: Rs.25000 +HRA for first year and second year an Rs. 28000/- for third year.
Duration: Initially appointment will be for six months and likely to be extended.
SRF/1 Post
Project: Development of anti- infective synthetic peptide against Lactococcus garviae & other pathogenic bacteria isolated from rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss.
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Microbiology with NET/ Masters in fisheries Science PhD in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Microbiology/ Fisheries Science
Desirable: Work experience related to microbiology.
Emoluments: Rs.25000 +HRA for first year and second year an Rs. 28000/- for third year.
