Applications are invited on prescribed format for the following assignment in a purely time bound research project undertaken in the School of Mechanical Sciences of this Institute.
1. Name of the Post: Technical Assistant - 1 Post
2. Name of the Temporary Research Project: Development of in reflection fiber based interferometer for residual stress measurement
3. Emolument: Rs. 20,000/' + HRA @16% per month
4. Educational Qualification:
(i) Diploma/ B.Tech/ B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering
(ii) Solid works, CNC machining, welding and fitting for trade test
5. Desirable: Experience of two years from a reputed organisation
6. Period of Engagement: Initially for 1 year with possible extension depending on performance
7. Duration of the project: 3 years
