Training and Capacity Building Associate (NPSA7)

Location:  New Delhi, India

Education: A minimum of Bachelor"s degree in Social Sciences, Development Management, Rural Development, Social Work, Public Policy, Sociology from recognised national/international institutions

Experience:
A Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience of working in the field of tribal development, rural development and governance;
Relevant experience of conducting training programmes in development sectors with specific focus on tribal issues;

 Demonstrated experience in preparing training resource materials;

Hands on experience of conducting online training, webinars, conducting multi-location simultaneous training would be desirable;

Sound knowledge of various protective legislation for tribal communities (Forest Rights Act, PESA, SC & ST Atrocity Act etc.)

Good understanding of tribal development related schemes and legislations;
Domain knowledge in areas like governance, convergence, tribal affairs, social justice and social inclusion.

Language requirements:English and Hindi.
