Chief Language Officers  under Legislative Deptt.

Qualification : (a) For the post of Language Officer (Assamese): the candidates must have Law Degree with Assamese as one of the subjects in the degree course. For the post of Language Officer (Bengali): the candidate must have Law Degree with Bengali as one of the subjects in the degree course. For the post of Language Officer (Hindi): the candidate must have Law Degree with Hindi as one of the subjects in the degree course. For the post of Chief Language Officer (Assamese): the candidate must have Law Degree with Assamese as one of the subjects in the degree course and for the post of Chief Language Officer (General), the candidate must have Law Degree with either Assamese. Bengali or Hindi as one of the subjects as in degree course and for both the posts of Chief Language Officers the candidates must have standing practice as an Advocate at least for three years.

The last date of receiving duly filled up application form in the Commission"s office is fixed on 20/06/2016. Applications (including applications received through post) received after the last date fixed for receipt shall not be entertained. Applicants must affix 1 (One) copy of recent photograph on the space provided in ti application form firmly with good quality glue: adhesive and also should enclose another co along with the application. The photograph must be signed prominently. The Commission shall not be responsible for detachment/ loss of the photograph.
