Qualification : Essential for Medical Candidates: (I) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Act and (ii) A Post Graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject/ allied discipline.
Experience: (a) For the candidates possessing MD/MS (Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery)Degree from MCI recognized medical colleges: Three years teaching experience in the subject as Resident/Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor in a recognized medical college either during the post-graduate course or after obtaining postgraduate degree in the subject. (b) For the candidates possessing DNB qualification from MCI recognized medical colleges/central institutes where the no MD/MS course running: (i) Three years teaching experience in the subject in a recognized medical college either during the DNB course or after possessing DNB qualification. (ii) The concerned candidate would also require one year of additional teaching/research experience in the concerned subject in a recognized medical college after obtaining DNB qualification. (c) For candidates possessing DNB qualification from MCI recognized medical colleges/Central institutes where there are MD/MS course running
Pay : Pay as on date i.e. (Pay Band 3 + Grade Pay 6,600/- + NPA @ 25%( as admissible) + other allowances as admissible.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 67 years as on date of interview

Emoluments : a) Rs. 60,000/- per month for three hour session per day for five day in a week. b) For extra session of two hours Rs. 2000/- c) For giving undertaking to the available for emergency call duty after the schedule timing -Rs.10,000/- per month
Age Limit : Not exceeding 64 years as on date of interview
Application Fee : A Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque for Rs. 100/- (Rs. One Hundred Only) drawn in favour of ESI Fund A/c No.1 payable at Delhi
Selection Procedure : (i) Selection will be made on the basis of interview only which will be conducted by the ESIC Selection Board. The results of the interview will be published on the website of the Corporation and no inquiry or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
