Senior Research Fellow (Ecologist)/01 Post
Essential Qualification:
1. M.Sc in Life Sciences/ Wildlife Sciences/ Forestry/Remote Sensing from a recognized university.
2. Two years of experience in wildlife survey, knowledge of GIS, data analysis, report writing
Desirable Qualification: Two years of experience in occupancy, population estimation, habitat quantification using different approaches
Emoluments: Rs. 35000.00 + HRA
Senior Research Fellow (Genetics)/01 Post
Essential Qualification:
1. M.Sc in Life Sciences/ Wildlife Sciences/ Forestry/Biotechnology/Animal Genetics/ Environmental Science/Environment Management from a recognized university.
2. Two years of experience in DNA related techniques in identifying species and other genetic parameters from faecal matter, collection of samples, wildlife survey, knowledge of GIS, data analysis, report writing
Desirable Qualification: Lab experience of two years in Knowledge in DNA extraction, PCR amplification, electrophoresis and genetic data analysis.
Emoluments: Rs. 35000.00 + HRA
Lab Technician/01 Post
Essential Qualification:
1. M.Sc in Life Sciences/ Wildlife Sciences/ Forestry/Biotechnology/Animal Genetics/Environmental Science from a recognized university
Desirable Qualification: Lab experience in DNA extraction, PCR amplification, electrophoresis and genetic data analysis.
Emoluments Rs. 15000.00 + HRA
Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on the date of interview. Upper age limit in case of applicants belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC
