After doing the bachelor"s degree one has two options: Either to select the post graduation or go for any job or govt job exam preparation. If you want to continue your studies you can go for the MCom, MBA, or other banking related courses. While there are many job opportunities for the commerce graduates. you can apply for any financial institute or banking services.IBPS and SBI conduct recruitment exams for the graduate candidates for the probationary officers, clerks, Specialist officers, or RRB officers and assistant.IBPS is going to held the IBPS clerk 2017 recruitment exam in December. It’s a good idea. English bring jobs immediately and it also serves in research purposes for commerce. I would say, it is a double advantage.

1.To opt for a job. 2.To opt for further studies like MBA, M.Com etc. But as per your question I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.
