Hello,It is very nice if one decided of the higher studies or post graduation. After doing the bachelor"s degree one has two options: Either to select the post graduation or go for any job or govt job exam preparation. If you want to continue your studies you can go for the MCom, MBA, or other banking related courses. While there are many job opportunities for the commerce graduates. you can apply for any financial institute or banking services.IBPS and SBI conduct recruitment exams for the graduate candidates for the probationary officers, clerks, Specialist officers, or RRB officers and assistant.IBPS is going to held the IBPS clerk 2017 recruitment exam in December. If you have applied for the exam, be updated with the latest notification from the official website.

No, it is not as it will not give you any advantage, although, you are eligible to pursue it. rather, you should further beef up your core area which is accountancy & finance, by any other related online course.

It’s a good idea. English bring jobs immediately and it also serves in research purposes for commerce. I would say, it is a double advantage.

I things 40+ courses in banking and finance for a period ranging from 2 weeks to one year. However, I will suggest you do e-accounting, e-taxation, financial statement analysis or Tally-9 course

-.If you want to progress in future. You increase your performance and learning abilities in the organization. You need to identify the field, where you want to make a career and then simultaneously, work in that direction. The more you learn and develop multi-skills, the more likely, you are to acquire a good position.

1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies like MBA, M.Com etc.

But as per your question I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.

MBA in finance is a good course after B. Com. and it offers good career prospects and growth opportunities. After completing this course you may look out for exciting careers in banks, financial consultancies and institutions.

You may get involved in consumer and investment banking, institutional finance, merchant banking, corporate and international finance.
