MTSWS, Maa Tara Social Welfare Society is Founded by Mr. Ashutosh Kumar and The Social Workers and Teachers in Year 1997. After One year IICT is founded on 15th August 1998. Later on in 2001 MTSWS get registration under Society Act. 1860.
