Administrative Officer
No. of Post: 01 Post
Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories:
(a)(i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with five years' service in the grade/level rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Level 6 of the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) Possessing the educational qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruits i.e
(i) Degree from a recognized University and
(ii) Two years' experience of administrative, accounts and establishment work in Government Office or in a public body.
Note: The Departmental Accountant in the Level 6 of the pay matrix with five years' regular service in the grade/level shall also be considered along with outsiders and in case he is selected for appointment to the post, the same shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion
Pay Scale: Pay Level 7 of the pay matrix
Stenographer
No. of Post: 01 Post
Officers holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government:
(a)(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre department; or
(ii) with six years regular service in the post of Stenographer Grade II in Level 4 of the of the pay matrix or equivalent. (Stenographer Grade II in the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, Bangalore shall also be considered for appointment along with deputations and in case he is selected the post shall be deemed to be filled up by promotion).
Note: The Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation.
