3. Essential Qualification:
a. Agricultural Economics: Ph.D. in the subject concerned
b. Economics: Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% of the marks in the subject concerned or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master's degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or equal degree from an accredited foreign University
c. Political Science: Standard publications in the subject.
d. Education: A minimum score of 80 according to Score card approved by ISEC during the preceding three best calendar years (January 1 to December 31) (to be filled in the attached Excel Sheet and submitted as soft copy).
4. Desirable Qualification:
a. Agricultural Economics: Economics, Rural Development
b. Economics: Development Economics with specialization in applied econometrics Labour Economics with econometrics specialization Public Finance
c. Political Science: Public policy/ Indian Politics/ Public Administration / Indian Politics/ International Relations/ South Asian Studies
d. Education: Public policy/ Indian Politics/ Public Administration / Indian Politics/ International Relations/ South Asian Studies
5. Eligibility: 50% marks in the aggregate in the Masters degree for SC/ST positions only.
6. Right to fill the positions: The right to fill positions vests with ISEC and subject to approval from the funding agency Canvassing in any form by candidates will result in disqualification of candidate.
