Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications/ Journalism/ Development Communication/ Media Studies or other relevant fields;
Master's degree in Mass Communications/Journalism/ Development Communication/ Media Studies or other relevant fields of desirable.
Experience:
A Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in development sector in field of communications or journalism;
Working experience in the audio visuals will be an asset;
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing communication and/or media outreach plans in support of overall corporate/ programme/project goals;
Additional years of relevant experience is desirable.
Experience in composition, lay out, design for documents, printing, website content composition and documentary production, etc.
Experience at the national level in providing communication packages to promote activities of an organisation, preferably national or international development agencies;
Experience of working in government/international agency funded projects is desirable.
Required Language(s): Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Hindi is essential.
