Central Bank of India (CBI) invites application for the position Director -RSETI Cent RSETI Ahmednagar Office at Ahmednagar
 
Essential: Graduate/ Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University
 
Experience / Other eligibility criteria: Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation in any public sector bank with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre. He/She should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years. 
 
a. He/She should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer. Should be well conversant with the local language. Should have retired from scale III or above. Should be resident of Maharashtra State preferably same or near by district.
 
Contract Period, Amount And Other Travelling Expenses: The candidate shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of one year. Renewal of contract may be considered at the sole discretion of Society/Trust and subject to satisfactory performance. No person employed elsewhere will be allowed to work on instant advertised post after being selected for the contractual engagement.
 
Salary Structure & Other Details: The contract amount shall be fixed as the last pay and allowances drawn by the officer less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon OR Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) per month, whichever is lower. Further a lump sum amount of
a. Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) per month shall be paid towards mobile, conveyance etc. Reimbursement of TA/DA for tarvelling as per the requirement of post shall be made as per revised rate of 300 per day & travelling allowance should be made on actual expenses. No other allowances/reimbursement of expenses will be admissible.
 
Leave: The candidates shall be entitled for 15 days leave per year with maximum of 02 days per month.
 
Job Profile: The officer shall be working as 'DIRECTOR-RSETI' and has to oversee the overall functioning of RSETI.
 
Desirable: Officers with rural development background Agriculture Finance Officer/Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture officer converted to Mainstream of banking/Lead District manager and Faculty leader/ Faculty member of Training Centres/Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.
 
Age Limit: Less than 65 years with sound health.
