Eligibility: B.Tech in Civil Engineering and M.Tech/ME/MS with specialization in Water Resources Engineering or Remote Sensing and GIS or equivalent degree with first class (at all levels). Candidates should have got admitted to M.Tech/ ME through GATE or the candidates should have a valid GATE score

Salary: Rs. 31,000/- + Rs. 4,960/- (16 % HRA as per norms) per month for first 2 years Rs. 35,000/- + Rs. 5,600/- (16 % HRA as per norms) per month for third year The selected candidate opting campus accommodation, subjected to the availability, are not eligible for HR
Other Benefits: The selected candidates are eligible to register for PhD degree at NIT, Warangal as per institute rules.
