2. Monthly Remunerations: The selected candidate may be paid a compensation of over Rs 1 lakh per month, depending on background and experience.
3. Project Description:
Enveave is a platform under development to facilitate environmental projects and scale them by bringing together citizen groups, organisations, experts, volunteers, and people who want to contribute to environmental restoration. Taking Enveave forward, a start-up project has been launched in IIIT-Delhi with financial support for a small management team for 2 years.
4. Essential Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have been working in environment space for some time and is looking to make a significant contribution.
The person should be entrepreneurial and motivated, deeply committed to the environment cause, and should have strong leadership capabilities and familiarity with using technology.
5. Responsibilities:
The advisory and executive committees of Enveave are looking for a full-time leader (chief executive) who will run it as their social venture. The selected person will get to lead this ambitious project. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity, with compensation that would be benchmarked to similar professional organizations once fund-raising meets expectations and requirements.
6. Duration:
Initially for 2 years (After this, it is envisaged that Enveave will become a professionally run, self-sustaining, not-for-profit organisation with multiple revenue streams. The leader and his/her team will be offered to own equity and run the organization)
