Seeking the following Mumbai-based position for a collaborative project between the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS),Mumbai and Center on Gender Equity and Health, UCSD focusing on analysis of gender equity and health using NFHS-4 and NFHS-5 data. Applications are invited for walk-in-interview for the following position.

3. Education qualification: A recent PhD graduate and having at least two peer reviewed research| publications in the field of Population Studies, Demography, Public Health, Biostatistics or a related field.
4. Desirable: We prefer candidates with 1 year of experience working with Indian and international collaborators on public health or public policy research and / or prior experience with NFHS data.
5. Specific tasks: Liaise with GEH team in San Diego Work on creating deliverables and ensure timely submission Assist the lead and co-lead investigators in manuscript development Assist in dissemination of the research outputs Engage with expert policy consultants and a communications expert to support development of materials Competency in advanced statistical analysis
6. Salary: Up to 100,000/- per month (Consolidated) as per qualification/experience
