Programme Associate-SS

Location: New Delhi, India
 
Education:
 
Secondary Education preferably with specialized certification in Accounting and Finance or Administration. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences and Social Sciences will be given due consideration
 
Experience: 6 years of relevant administrative or programme experience is required at the national or international level with Secondary Education OR 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.  
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems.  
Prior experience in keeping track and reporting mobilized resources is desired
Prior experience in managing audits with respect to finance and internal control is desired
Prior experience in drafting and preparing MOU (Memorandum of Understanding / MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) document to be signed from government and partner agencies is desired
 
Language Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English and working language of duty station is required.
