Reader-cum- Judgemen Writer  job recruitment in Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority on contract basis

Eligibility :  Serving or retired persons who is/has served on the equivalent or higher posts in the State Govt. Haryana or Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Age Limit :   Maximum 63 years on the last date of filing the application.

The eligible applicants may apply along-with their bio-data and copies of academic qualifications and experience to the Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Chandigarh at the address given below latest by 21 June, 2019. Organisation Profile : The Government of India has enacted The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The Act has come into force from 1st May 2017. The Preamble to the Act reads, 'An Act to establish the Real Estate Regulatory Authority for regulation and promotion of the real estate sector and to ensure sale of plot, apartment or building, as the case may be, or sale of real estate project, in and efficient and transparent manner and to protect the interest of consumers in the real estate sector and to establish an adjudicating mechanism for speedy dispute redressal and also to establish the Appellate Tribunal to hear appeals from the decisions, directions or orders of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and the adjudicating officer and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto' Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, Government of Haryana has notified The Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 which came into force from 28.07.2017.
