Education: Bachelor"s Degree in Anthropology, Statistics, Sociology, Political Sciences, Development Studies, and related subjects.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in development sector in the field of monitoring, research, and evaluation.
Experience of working on issues of tribal development or rural development.
Experience of working in government/ international agency funded projects is desirable.
Ability to maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders is desirable.
Strong motivation and ability to work and deliver under short deadlines.
Ability to demonstrates integrity and ethical standards.
Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.
Language Requirement: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Hindi is essential.
