United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites application for the position Senior Project Associate
Education: A good academic record with Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, IT, Statistics or related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by national/international NGOs/UN bodies/ Government. Experience of working in waste and recycling sector would be preferred. In-depth knowledge on MIS, M&E processes, software and development issues.
Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.
a. Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software. Additional knowledge of visualization/ data management applications such as Power BI and/ or professional in-depth knowledge of MS Excel is an asset. Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software. Intellectual and analytical capacity to understand the principles, policies and compliance requirement of circular economy, extended producer responsibility and waste management and apply them to the M&E/MIS practice. Domain knowledge of waste and recycling sector would be preferred.
Language Requirement: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Hindi is essential. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Marathi is desirable.
