Qualification : The Candidate should be Honours Graduate from a reputed University in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Chemical Engineering. Should have at least 25 years working experience in an established MSME. Out of 25 year minimum 10 years should work as CEO/COO/Director of the company. The candidate should have enterprise skill and have sufficient knowledge in production activities, man management and manufacturing nuances particularly in MSME. The candidate should have enough knowledge in Design Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Testing and commissioning for setting up a new plant
Relevant Experience : The candidate will be required to establish a pilot plant on the basis of the product developed in Laboratories. Pilot plant shall be equipped with production machineries commensurate with current days industry practice. The plant shall be able to produce finish product equivalent to the product ultimately to be produced by MSMEs, however, in lesser capacity. Person should have sufficient technical knowledge in setting up a new plant in small or medium sector industry right from the preparation of DPR, Process flow layout, Selection of plant and machinery, Generation of Bill of Materials, Assistance in procurement/ development of plant and machinery, Equipment layout inside and outside of the plant, Establish utility facilities for production and finally establish a techno-economically viable plant with few selected MSMEs.
