Eligibility : The candidate should have served either as Sheristadar of Additional District and Sessions Judge or as Head in the District and Sessions Judge Establishment continuously for a period of 5(five) years.

Pay Scale : Rs. 30,000 - 1,10,000 with Grade Pay of Rs.14,500/- per month

Selection Process : interview/viva-voce

Application Process :

Applications should reach the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Barpeta on or before 30-06-2019.

The intending candidates shall submit their applications through proper channel by enclosing Experience Certificate issued by the respective District and Sessions Judges along with all the testimonials and two recent passport size photographs. The candidates shall also mention their personal contact number in the application in order to facilitate future communication.

Organisation Profile : District & Sessions Judge court, Barpeta was established in the year 1985 in a rented house. Sri I.P.Brahma was the First Dist & Sessions judge Of Barpeta. Before that the Kamrup District Judge took the Cases of Barpeta district by Camp in each and every month. At present, the District judiciary are full fledged with 10 Nos of Courts in its own Building.
